These terms of sale apply to purchases made through the online shop rehviparadiis.ee operated by Rehviparadiis OÜ (registry code 10889836, VAT EE100795480, Kasemetsa talu, Tuulevälja küla, Rae vald). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
General
The seller is Rehviparadiis OÜ. Buyers may be natural or legal persons. Contracts with consumers are additionally subject to Estonian consumer protection law.
The seller may amend these terms; the terms in force at the time an order is placed apply to that order.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT at 24%. On the site you can display prices with or without VAT. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or input errors and, in such cases, to cancel the order, notifying the buyer and refunding any amount already paid.
Placing an order and formation of the contract
Add the desired products to the cart, complete checkout and pay with the chosen method. The contract of sale is concluded once payment is received.
After a successful payment we send an order confirmation to your email and issue an invoice by email. Please keep the confirmation.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Montonio (Montonio Finance AS). Available methods are bank payments (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Citadele, Revolut), card payments (Visa, Mastercard, incl. Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Inbank hire-purchase.
See the “Hire-purchase” page for instalment terms. Personal data, including card details, is processed securely by the payment provider; Rehviparadiis does not see or store it.
Pickup and delivery
We offer collection from a chosen pickup point (e.g. the Kasemetsa self-service point is open 24/7) or delivery within Estonia by courier/parcel locker. Delivery methods and fees are shown at checkout; a small-order fee may apply.
For tyres in stock, delivery takes approximately 1 business day, provided the order is placed on a business day before 15:00. Orders placed at the weekend are usually delivered on Tuesday. Tyres ordered from the factory warehouse generally arrive within 7–14 days.
Delivery time depends on stock. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal and returns
A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online shop within 14 days. The exact procedure is described on the “Return Policy” page.
Complaints and warranty
A consumer may submit a complaint about non-conformity of goods within 2 years of receiving them. Send complaints to info@rehviparadiis.ee, including the order number and a description of the problem.
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply in addition. In case of a defect we repair or replace the product or refund the price in accordance with the law.
Liability and force majeure
The seller is not liable for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control or foresight (force majeure). Product descriptions and images are illustrative.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, Tallinn) or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Failing resolution, disputes are settled by Harju County Court. Estonian law applies.
