This privacy policy explains how Rehviparadiis OÜ (registry code 10889836, Kasemetsa talu, Tuulevälja küla, Rae vald) collects and processes personal data on rehviparadiis.ee. Rehviparadiis OÜ is the data controller; for any questions contact info@rehviparadiis.ee.
What data we collect
Through the contact, order and booking forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if provided), message content, and order-related details (selected products, vehicle/tyre details, preferred time, pickup or delivery choice).
At payment, payment data (e.g. card details) is processed by our payment provider Montonio; we neither see nor store it. If you choose hire-purchase, application data is passed to the creditor (AS Inbank).
When you use the site, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) and usage statistics are collected automatically via web analytics.
Why we process data
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, process orders and bookings, take payment, issue invoices, and provide our service. The legal basis is performance of a contract and steps taken prior to it, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your order and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting). Orders and invoices are stored in our system.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to fulfil an order: the payment provider Montonio Finance AS, the creditor AS Inbank (for hire-purchase), suppliers and courier services, accounting software (SmartAccounts), and processors that provide our email, web hosting (Zone.ee) and analytics.
Cookies and storage
Necessary (always on, no consent needed): we keep the following in your browser’s local storage — your cart (rp_cart), the VAT price-display preference (rp_vat), your comparison selection (rp_compare) and your cookie-consent choice (rp_consent). Your language preference comes from the URL (/et or /en). These are required for the site to work and do not track you across other sites.
Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics. It stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept up to 2 years) to distinguish your device. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and these cookies are not set.
We ask for consent on your first visit via the cookie banner (Accept all / Necessary only / Customize). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; if you decline, analytics cookies are cleared. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
