A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made on rehviparadiis.ee within 14 days without giving a reason. This page explains the withdrawal and return procedure for purchases made in the Rehviparadiis OÜ online shop.
14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The right applies only to consumers (a natural person not purchasing for business purposes); it does not extend to legal persons.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, notify us of your decision within 14 days by a clear statement to info@rehviparadiis.ee, stating the order number and the bank account for the refund. You may use the standard withdrawal form if you wish.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.
Condition of goods
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Please note that tyres or rims that have been fitted (mounted on a vehicle) or otherwise put into use cannot be returned, as fitting renders the goods unfit for resale.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs arising from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one we offer), no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
Refunds are made via the same payment method you used (through Montonio): card payments are refunded to the card, bank payments to the bank account, and for hire-purchase the settlement is handled via AS Inbank.
Cost of returns
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. For a courier return, a transport fee of €20 + VAT (24%), i.e. €24.80 in total, applies. If we arrange the return courier, this amount is deducted from your refund.
Exception: if the return is due to incorrect, defective or non-conforming goods, we cover the return cost.
Defective or incorrect goods
If you received the wrong product or a product has a defect, contact us at info@rehviparadiis.ee. We will replace the product or refund the price in accordance with the law and, in such cases, cover the return costs.
