A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made from Rehviparadiis OÜ within 14 days without giving a reason — whether bought in the rehviparadiis.ee online shop or in person at our premises. This page explains the withdrawal and return procedure.
14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The right applies only to consumers (a natural person not purchasing for business purposes); it does not extend to legal persons.
You can withdraw from any order, whether bought in our online shop or in person at our premises.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, press the “Withdraw from contract” button in the shop (in the page footer and at the top of this page), fill in the withdrawal declaration and confirm it with “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a confirmation of receipt stating the goods to be returned and the withdrawal date.
You may also withdraw by sending a clear statement to info@rehviparadiis.ee within 14 days, stating the order number.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.
Condition of goods
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Tyres must not be mounted on rims nor rims fitted with tyres. Tyres/rims that have already been mounted are not taken back.
Refunds
We refund the money within 14 days; the refund does not include the original delivery cost if the goods were delivered to your address. No refund is made until the goods have reached us and our warehouse has accepted them, i.e. confirmed that the returned goods have not been used.
Refunds are made via the same payment method you used (through Montonio): card payments are refunded to the card, bank payments to the bank account, and for hire-purchase the settlement is handled via AS Inbank.
Cost of returns
The customer must cover the direct cost of sending the goods back to our main warehouse, which is €18 + VAT (24%), i.e. €22.32 in total. The amount is deducted from your refund.
Returns are free of charge if you bring the goods to our main warehouse in Latvia yourself: Latgales iela 462 k-1, LV-1063 Riga, Latvia.
The return fee is charged once per return, regardless of how many items are returned. If a customer has ordered several different products and returns part of each at the same time, it all counts as one return.
Exception: if the return is due to incorrect, defective or non-conforming goods, we cover the return cost.
Defective or incorrect goods
If you received the wrong product or a product has a defect, contact us at info@rehviparadiis.ee. We will replace the product or refund the price in accordance with the law and, in such cases, cover the return costs.
